If the tracking link does not show your information it may be due to the delivery details still being loaded into the shipping carrier’s system.

If it hasn’t updated within 24 hours, please reach out to the Customer Experience Team to see if the store may have entered an incorrect tracking number. They can follow up with the store on your behalf.
