Can stores refuse to sell an item to me?

All sales are determined by the retailer and there may be times where a bottle is reserved or not for sale on Bay Brew. In most cases, these items will not appear on our website, but if this happens, the retailer will contact you directly or have our support team reach out to you for a substitution or cancellation.
