Do I have to be home to accept my shipping package?

Unfortunately, shipping carriers area unable to leave packages at the door as all alcohol deliveries require a signature and a valid 21+ ID. You or someone of age from your household will need to be present to accept the delivery. If you have any specific delivery requests to arrange for a delivery window, we would recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to coordinate.

If the first attempt is not successful, the shipping carrier will typically leave a door tag allowing you to coordinate a future delivery attempt.

If each of the delivery attempts are unsuccessful, it may be held at a local hub for pickup before it is returned to the store. If this happens, you will be given the option to reship for an additional shipping fee or be refunded less shipping fees for the order.

Most orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Each courier sets policies for the number of times they will attempt to deliver a package to a recipient, but often this is three times and they will leave contact information as a note on your door if they are unable to deliver to you. Bay Brew is unable to schedule specific delivery times through these third party couriers.
